We have a carefully planned and well-thought-out logistics flow, which ensures that we work sustainably with recycling and reconditioning of big bags.
A baler compresses approximately 100 big bags into a hard-pressed bale, which significantly reduces the total volume. Then these hard-pressed bales are loaded in swap body containers for further road transport.
The transport of these bales presumes a well-functioning and efficient logistics. Large quantities are transported in swap body containers and fully loaded vehicles. Smaller quantities can be sent on pallets. Then it's possible to use double stacked pallets and transport them in the same manner as done with new big bags.
