The Big bag SealGuard is new on the market. It has no seams which can cause leakage of fine products. The seams are welded and the fabric denser making liners obsolete. Liners are a challenge for the recycling of big bags, as the liner often remains in the sack when it is time for the big bag to be recycled. By reducing this occurrence we have taken a big step in the right direction.
The big bag SealGuard is at the moment our recommendation to all our customers currently using big bags with liners. To depart from using a liner in a big bag is a big step if one is worried about condensation and moisture penetrating the fabric. With SealGuard we are able to leave the use of a liner behind us, giving us the opportunity to recycle these big bags in a very efficient manner.
Reconditioning of these sacks for reuse is an excellent alternative. With our trip counting system, you can tick on a pre-printed label on the big bag, containing 3-6 boxes. In this way you can follow the sacks route by ticking a box each time the bag has been filled. When all the boxes have been ticked, the big bag is returned to Accon Greentech AB, ensuring the SealGuard big bag is mechanically recycled.
