01 Consumtion

The journey begins. Used big bags are emptied of any other materials or remaining substances.

02 Collection

Tailormade for you. We arrange shipping to our nearest hub, or we offer direct transportation to our processing plant.

03 Handling

The material is shredded and washed to remove impurities. Material is sorted based on quality

04 Re-granulation

From waste to value – the material is transformed into rPP granulate.

05 Repurpose

Our recycled material is combined with virgin raw material blend for optimal product performance.

06 Closing the loop

The recycled raw material (rPP) and final product undergo comprehensive quality testing to guarantee strength, durability, and regulatory compliance.
