Pictures and information from the Big Bag production

Now we can present some pictures from the production where we produce Big Bags from recycled rPP

Then production starts for our tests with Big Bags produced from recycled material. We have tried to think of includin as much information as possible on the bags so you can see that we are trying to be clear in showing the progress with our RFR symbol. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves and everyone is welcome to come in with questions about this test that we are developing. We have also received product samples that will be trial packed with raw material in week 34 2022. I think the tests will go well with plastic raw material as the top lift test passed over 8 tons. What we may be able to see is that the fabric is not stretched out enough and we are not getting the amount in kg that we expect.

After the test, there will be some more pictures and results to read about, which will hopefully give us more knowledge about our tests. We also have other customers who will test bags for us to see and learn more about the challenges that exist with recycled plastic.

Notice that we have chosen a perforation of the label for the RFR so that it can be easily torn off before the big bag is returned back to Accon Greentech AB for the next loop. Maybe it can also be done for the label next to it to improve the recycling rate.
