We have now developed a better solution for the loops on big bags produced by Accon. Many of our customers require colour identification for their big bags for easy identification of their content. As we now see more customers choosing to cooperate with Accon Greentech AB, to get the big bag into the mechanical recycling process, we need to develop a better design for our products.
A good start is to begin with a sack produced as a RFR big bag that is all white. We need to be able to offer our customers an alternative to the all white big bag with a fully coloured loop, which is often blue, to one with a loop that is for the most part white, but still has colour identification. The loop is clear and easy to see from a distance, when identifying the big bags. This solution reduces the amount of colour by 70-80 %. We can offer most colours available on the market.
If you choose RFR and loops containing only 20-30% colour, you keep the cost of your big bags down. White big bag loops are the cheapest and the strongest alternative.
