The recycled material can be sold as shredded PP (polypropylene) or in the form of granules. It is possible to add colour and other additives during the extruding process, the possibilities are wide.
The advantage of PP from big bags is that there is no recycled material from the beginning in the fabric of big bags.
Example of customers who can take advantage of the plastic from big bags are for example; manufacturers of plastic pallets or boxes, the car industry, that is looking for recycled plastic for new car models, or manufacturers of plastic products in construction.
PE is the most common polymer and is available in various densities. It is a soft and ductile polymer with high impact resistance, even at low temperatures. PE is an excellent insulator, has a low coefficient of friction, and is one of the most chemically resistant polymers on the market.
PP resembles PE but is harder, making it more suitable for mechanical and structural applications. It is also stiffer, stronger, and more resistant to chemicals such as solvents, bases, and acids, making it highly useful in corrosive environments.
